Dear Holy Mary, Mother of Our Lord Jesus, I beg for forgiveness because of the sins I committed against my parents which were not deliberate but a cry for help because I am a sick man both physically and emotionally which has come about because of the hatred and jealousy brought on by our family, friends and enemies. Even when I tried to explain to people the reason for my attitude they did not believe me and as a result I continue to suffer in silence the torment brought on by others. One of my biggest failings is that I just cannot let go of the past. Never does a day go by when I am not thinking of someone who has done me wrong. This is having an adverse affect on my health and well-being.
    I repent all that I have done wrong (sins) to date to my parents and all others. I would add that I gave up my job to help my mother look after my father for the last seven years of his life and I saved my mother's life on a number of occasions too. I also made sure that my father's last wish was granted. As a son, in spite of everything, i have shown my love and devotion to my parents.

    1) Closer intimacy with the Lord. May my every thought, action, and word be in complete submission to His Will; the Little Way as St. Teresa of Lisieux recorded.
    2) Surrendering my physical ailments (autism, hearing loss, tinnitus, gut issue, food allergies) to the Lord. May He heal me in His own Time, and help me bear that which He deems me worthy of.
    3) Freedom from lust. As a coping means while struggling w/ gut and trouble sleeping, I know full well it leads to Hell. Simply guide me in putting it all in God's Hands and do as He bids so the temptation becomes a loving penance that pleases Him.

    Teach me how I may grow more intimate and closer to Jesus as the saints did: I feel the summons to be a mystic in His Church, and I ask direction and instruction on what is necessary to obey.
    Finally, please teach me to be more devoted towards reparations for the Poor Souls in Purgatory: they are assured eternal happiness with God upon final payment, and by the Cross and Our Blessed Mother's most sweet intercession, I wish to help bring relief and debt-payments on their behalf. Amen!
